Attending our first Disability Expo!

Last week we had the pleasure of being a part of Caboolture’s very first Disability Expo! As a small family run provider in the Moreton Bay region, we really wanted to get out there and connect with our community and we had so much fun doing it, and after our experience, we’ll definitely be back next year!

It’s incredible that an event like this can bring together individuals, organisations, and businesses dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities and bringing that experience to Caboolture was a fantastic idea.

Throughout the event, personal stories took centre stage. Individuals with disabilities shared their journeys, triumphs, and challenges, creating an inspiring atmosphere. These narratives reinforced the importance of breaking down societal barriers and embracing diversity, while also showcasing the resilience and strength within the disability community.

Being the first of its kind in the area it was a modest expo but with the right support we can see this event getting bigger and better every year!
